Commissioning and TestingThe Flexible Space System comprises several elements: Air Handling Equipment, Raised Access Flooring, and Underfloor Services a) When the installation has been completed our service engineers will attend site to check the equipment thoroughly to ensure the products are in line with the manufactured specification.'In transit' failures such as loose connections are checked. All necessary electrical checks are carried out to ensure safe operation and the equipment set to run. Sensors are checked and calibrated. Electric heating and humidifier equipment is checked for correct operation if fitted. The air seals around CAM units are checked. The Fantiles are inspected for debris and correct installation and are set to work. The data cable connections back to the CAM are confirmed and the Hiromatic controller programmed to the requirements of the user. The air segregation baffles are checked for correct pressure differential and modified as necessary. Once the system has been set to work and is running normally the interface to the central BMS if fitted will then be connected and commissioned in close association with the BMS supplier. Commissioning and testing by others. Before we start our commissioning procedure other parties will have checked earth continuity and correct power supply, water flow rates, condensate drain integrity, fresh air supply and extract volumes and the like. Once we have confirmed the correct operation of the equipment it will be handed over for use or for further testing by others. We will submit all test certificates at handover stating all settings made by our commissioning staff.
