AET MaintenanceThe Hiross Air Conditioning equipment is covered by a 12 month warranty subject to the correct maintenance procedures being carried out. We offer a maintenance/service agreement in several forms. a) Standard. Under this form we offer to attend site at agreed regular intervals determined by customer use to inspect all equipment and service all parts as necessary. Replacement of consumable items and damaged items are charged for extra. b) Blue Star Service. Under this form we offer emergency callout facilities and will attend site within twenty four hours of a call for assistance in addition to the standard service above. c) Gold Star Service. Under this form we offer to maintain the plant and equipment including replacement of all consumables, an emergency call out same day (Usually within 4 hours if necessary) and an extended warranty for the length of the agreement or to a maximum of five years. After this period the same service is available but replacement of parts become chargeable. This form of agreement permits the user to plan the facilities budget with more accuracy. |
