An interface provides a complete integration of the system with Satchwell Building Management Systems.

Belgacom Call Centre during installation

Belgacom central Antwerp Call Centre

The first of four new call centres being installed for Belgacom has now been handed over. The call centres handle telephone calls for customer services, billing and client accounts.

The building became available with the introduction of new exchange technologies. With 4m high glazing covering some 80% of the external walls, the air conditioning system had to cope with highly variable solar loading. Speed of installation was a further determining factor in the choice.

The space had remained unoccupied for four years, and achieved design temperatures throughout the three zones within 50 minutes, showing the effectiveness of Flexible Space as a dynamic air based system.

The equipment was supplied by REFAC N.V/S.A.
