AET gets its driving licence from Land Rover!
Advanced Ergonomic Technologies (AET) has received another prestigious contract from long-standing client, Land Rover for its market leading Flexible Space System, incorporating Hiross underfloor air-conditioning.
A new project at the Land Rover Vehicle Development Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire, will see the conversion of an existing workshop into versatile, two-storey office accommodation for marketing, sales and service personnel for Aston Martin, Jaguar and Land Rover.

This major contract award follows the successful installation and subsequent operation of AET's Flexible Space System at the Group's Design & Engineering facility in Warwick. That development, featuring over 10,000m2 of Flexible Space with Hiross underfloor air-conditioning, has since won the purpose-built office section of the British Institute of Facilities Management design awards.
As part of the new project, AET's Flexible Space will provide high standards of comfort air-conditioning for the building's occupants. The system also assists with ceiling height limitations of the building by concealing the air-conditioning beneath a low level, raised access floor. Over 6,500m2 of Flexible Space will be installed as part of the refurbishment. The workspace will divide into 17 flexible zones and incorporate over 400 individual fan tile air conditioning units. The project is due for completion in June 2003, with the first occupants being introduced on a phased basis from the end of May.
