London & Regional Properties proposed an engineering led solution to avoid demolishing the 1950’s landmark building, which had restricted floor layout unattractive to commercial clients.  The existing concrete frame was retained and new frames and facade were inserted creating an visually stunning entrance as well as additional space. The redevelopment resulted in a 30% increase of the total floor area
