Part of the dramatic revival of London’s iconic skyscraper, Centre Point, this project, completed in February 2021, focused on creating the new London headquarters of Japanese developer and investor, Kajima.

This redevelopment of an existing five-storey 1950’s office building in the heart of Holborn, includes a single-storey extension to the roof, an extension to the office plate to the rear by 3.5m, and an extensive internal reconfiguration.

This high-end refurbishment and extension of a 1930’s warehouse and former clothing factory has had its interior space transformed into six floors of premium, light, airy, and flexible workspace, whilst also achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

The extensive renovation of 72 Broadwick Street, due for completion in summer 2021, aims to make the building more attractive, sustainable, and accessible.

AET Flexible Space was specified to supply its UfAC system for this refurbishment of 24 St James’s Square, completed in early 2020. The design brief was to maximise floor-to-ceiling heights and enhance the double aspect interior.

AET’s excellent energy credentials and the reduced volume of building materials required for an underfloor system contributed to this project’s sustainable design.

Designed by Architect, Tate Hindle, the new building has a number of energy saving and sustainability features, designed to perform both during construction, and over the building’s lifetime.

Blackheath High School, an independent day school for girls and part of the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST) network, recently invested £18 million to provide new state of the art facilities including a new library and resource centre.

This new build offers 1692 sq. m. high quality office space with highly flexible, column free floor plates, and internal floor to ceiling heights of 2.8m.
