Art Deco Architecture designed by Foster & Partners, and restored in accordance to advice by English Heritage.

JCDecaux is one of the world’s leading suppliers of advertising space. The building is comprised of three distinct parts; a newly built pre-fabricated Warehouse, refurbished administrative offices and exhibition space in the form of a covered street displaying billboards and JCDecaux’s range of street furniture.

Services Consultants BDSP specified underfloor air conditioning for the office areas as a solution to the floor to ceiling height restrictions. 8 x CAM downflow units and 96 x fan terminal units serve 8 zones.

The Weighbridge Building, Marlow

169 Union Street

The four storey red brick building dates back to 1905 and originally served as a Royal Mail sorting office. Underfloor air conditioning was specified to overcome restrictive height limitations common in older stock buildings.

Battersea Studios

The redevelopment by Helical Barr created 52,000 sq ft speculative office space with underfloor air conditioning allowing flexibility for future division.
