JCDecaux is one of the world’s leading suppliers of advertising space. The building is comprised of three distinct parts; a newly built pre-fabricated Warehouse, refurbished administrative offices and exhibition space in the form of a covered street displaying billboards and JCDecaux’s range of street furniture.

Services Consultants BDSP specified underfloor air conditioning for the office areas as a solution to the floor to ceiling height restrictions. 8 x CAM downflow units and 96 x fan terminal units serve 8 zones.
