Each floor is divided into 50 zones with an AHU supplying underfloor air to the recessed Fantile units. Construction time was reduced to five months and the owner-occupiers benefit from a flexible, user friendly system providing a high level of indoor air quality.

The Weighbridge Building, Marlow

Refurbished in 2000, the underfloor air conditioning system has allowed the historic timber beams to be retained, offering a unique contemporary office space with historical features.

169 Union Street

The four storey red brick building dates back to 1905 and originally served as a Royal Mail sorting office. Underfloor air conditioning was specified to overcome restrictive height limitations common in older stock buildings.

Battersea Studios

The redevelopment by Helical Barr created 52,000 sq ft speculative office space with underfloor air conditioning allowing flexibility for future division.
