2010 Refurbishment

175 Oxford Street was fully refurbished in 2010 and the 2,688 sq. m building comprises retail space and 12,500 sq. ft. speculative Grade-A office accommodation across four floors.  3DReid were responsible for the re-designed space, creating a glass surround linear atrium, allowing the maximum amount of natural light into the office space and exposing the arcuated brick party wall.  Underfloor air conditioning permitted full height floor to ceiling glazing to be installed on the upper floors, granting additional light.

The system specified was a CAM-C system with full underfloor supply and return air.  Standard TU4 Fantiles extract conditioned air from the underfloor plenum and introduce it into the workspace.   Due to the system’s inherent flexibility, additional Fantiles are easily added according to incoming occupier requirements.
