2018 Refurbishment

55 Gresham Street is an impressive 121,000 sq. ft. building situated on the corner of Gresham Street and Wood Street in the heart of the City, fully remodelled, extended and refurbished in 2018, increasing the amount of available office space by 40,000 sq. ft.

Underfloor air conditioning was specified by Consultant Waterman Group for the new 555 sq. m. ninth floor office level so that floor to ceiling height could be maximised at this level, and promote the best architectural vision. The two zone system is served by CAM-C downflow units and standard TU4 Fantiles recessed into the 240mm floor plenum.

Bridge House
