AET offer preventative and reactive service and maintenance and fit-out works for existing AET Flexible Space installations, including:

  • CAT-A to CAT-B fit-out works for incoming tenants, transforming the internal space to a finished space ready for occupation
  • CAT-B to CAT-A fit-out works for outgoing tenants, who have to return the interior space back to the bare state prior to occupation.
  • Commissioning – to verify system performance against the design and specification.
  • Full surveys of the underfloor plenum to identify problem areas which may affect system operation
  • Service plans from 1 year to 3 years
  • Spare parts and additional or replacement units
  • AC to EC fan upgrades for CAM downflow units
  • Controls upgrades for existing systems
  • Re-commissioning after fit-out works have been carried out
