2014 New Build

Joint Venture Project funded by Equity firm Actis and Boston Investments. The underfloor air conditioning system was specified to add additional cooling for this high specification sustainable New Build development in Ghana. The striking contemporary design featuring large structural slabs that project beyond the facade outline to provide solar shading, large floor plates and a central atrium enhancing the natural ventilation. Consultants BDSP estimate that a 30% reduction in active cooling is achievable by employing the sustainable design.
